I like to call it Credibility Defecit Disorder, because as far as I am concerned it is pure bullshit. It is a diagnosis invented to explain away the sheer inadequacy of Western education systems. I learned to read when I was about three, yet got slapped with this label because I refused to read books at school that had six words to a page. When asked why I wanted to be Darth Vader when I grew up by a school counsellor, I remember telling them it was so I could strangle moronic teachers who were taking away six hours I could put to better use getting a real education from my encyclopedias and computer just by looking at them. Then they’d say “but you don’t know how to read” or something, and the shocked look on their faces when I began reading things like the MIMS Annual to them was priceless. Our education system should be razed to the ground.

I think there should be differential education, especially in early childhood. Let the stupid children suffer the indignity of the retarded education we have now and get all the intelligent ones into classrooms of their own where they can actually learn to do things and enjoy it. There’d be a lot less hostility and aggression from youths against their seniors if this took place, but a lot of kids would also wake up to how their rights are being violated in this country and start a riot. Which would be even better, really.
